About Oyoon Altaqnya
An information technology and cybersecurity company in Tripoli helping Libyan institutions see their risks clearly and act on them.
The name Oyoon Altaqnya means “eyes of technology”. It describes what we do: help institutions see their technology and security clearly — what they have, how exposed it is, and what to do about it.
We work across four pillars. We deliver solutions from leading vendors, perform hands-on services such as penetration testing and security assessments, provide independent consulting on strategy, risk and compliance, and run training programs from staff awareness to executive briefings.
Our clients are organizations where failure is not an option: banks and financial institutions, telecom operators and government bodies. We know their obligations, their constraints and the pace at which they need to move.
How we work
We start by understanding your environment and your obligations, then measure where you stand with evidence. We design practical improvements, implement them with care, test that they work, and leave your team with the documentation and skills to run them.
Our own security
We hold ourselves to the standard we recommend. This website is static, sends no data to third parties, uses strict security headers, and publishes a responsible disclosure policy and a security.txt file.
Our mission
Help organizations in Libya protect their technology, data and services with clear evidence, sound engineering and capability that stays with their people.
